Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.

SSL ensures that communication, personal informationis not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. In addition, when you send a payment using Paypal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

 

Returns/Refunds:  Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Our return policy is as follows:

 

For non-custom printed orders, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund initial shipping costs.  Please contact us by email for any item you wish to return.

 

For custom printed orders, we guarantee your order will be printed to your exact specifications or we will replace it free of charge.  Please double check spelling and all relevant information carefully before placing your order.  Should a printing error occur, please contact us by email.   If the error is attributable to Invitation Jane, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost.   If the error is attributable to the customer,  (i.e. spelling, wrong dates, font selection, etc.), special considerations will be made and we will offer you a discount on your reorder.  Shipping costs will still apply.

 

Shipping:  Invitation Jane ships within the US only.  Packages ship either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped.  Please keep in mind that if you have placed an order with more than one vendor, they may arrive in different shipments.  Please also note that shipping times are in addition to production times. The time it takes to process and print an order is typically one week.  Ground shipping typically takes 3-5 days. Please contact us by email if you have a special request or if you would like to place a rush on your order.
